Milford and Hartland Weather Milford, Highland, and Hartland weather provides a uniqueness few other places can offer with the lakes and rivers that shape our landscape. Though we do have the rough, Michigan winters and hot summers, our spring and fall makes up for it with the endless beauty it provides us. Plus there are things to do with the weather changes year-round with the festivals, parks, and other great activities in our area.
Our Festivals start off in Milford with the Ice sculptures and go throughout the year with the Garden walk in the spring, Milford Memories in the summer, and the Hartland Harvest in the fall.
With the every changing season it's always fun to enjoy our parks where the wild life explodes. There is something fun for everyone like riding bike or roller blading down the numerous bike trails, or even taking a walk down some of the nature trails.
Even in your back yard there is plenty to see as the wonderful world comes right up to your door step!

Closing or Settlement >Closing Tips
The conclusion of a real estate transaction is an exciting time for everyone involved. The closing table is the ideal place to sign papers, trade keys, and drink a toast to the new homeowners. Sometimes that setting is filled with tension and pressure as each side tries to work out important details of the transaction at the last minute.
How can you help make your closing a relaxed and happy one? First, try to get the details worked out ahead of time. There may be a few unresolved issues, such as repairs that were not completed, a disappearing dining room chandelier or a pre- or post-closing occupancy agreement. The atmosphere should remain positive in order that minor upsets will not threaten the entire transaction. If you anticipate a problem, no matter how minor it may seem, be sure to communicate the situation to your real estate agent in advance, so that it can be addressed before it has a chance to escalate.
