First Time Home Buyer

Jennifer and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude, not only for the superior customer service, but also for just how quick and easy you made the entire process for us.
It all started over three years ago when an Internet search engine took us directly to your website, www.ReaderTeam.com.

I cannot begin to express to you how the wealth of knowledge you have put into that site has assisted both Jennifer and I over the years, as we are both first time homebuyers. Not only do you offer listings, but the links for buyers, sellers, resources, calculators etc, etc, etc, provided a one stop shopping experience for all the research we were try-ing to do. We were the types that could always do things on our own. We simply searched the web for listings and drove past the homes ourselves. Losing out on all the good deals we realized we needed a professional to represent us.

This past April, we just happened to be driving around Milford and passed a home with a for sale sign in the front yard from another realtor and stopped the car. We knew from the first site, this was the one. After having a very brief conversation, I immediately dialed 411 from our cell phone and asked for the number to RE/MAX in Hartland as, remembering the website, I had known, without hesitation, who I would use to represent us as a buyers agent in our first real estate transaction.

With our company being quite aware of customer service ourselves, I could tell from the way the receptionist han-dled us when we first called that we were doing the right thing. Ten minutes later, on a late Friday afternoon, we stopped by your office before closing. Fifteen minutes later we were walking through the home and twenty-four hours later we were signing the purchase agreement! The thing I want you and your future clients to know is just how much every time we called, emailed or met with you, WE were ALWAYS the PRIORITY. I have never known salespersons of any kind, when just walking into their office from off the street to immediately stop what they were doing and jump right at the task, going to work for us. EVERYTIME. Talk about going the extra mile.

It all worked seamlessly and it was because your great website brought us together. We knew from the first right click of the mouse that we could believe and trust in you and our meeting three years later merely justified all that for us."
